Looking for the prayer times? Here is the calendar.

You don’t have to be Muslim to visit a mosque. You might be curious, be coming with a school class or have a question. Either way, you are welcome, and you don’t need to register. Someone is always here at prayer times.

In the prayer hall

What to expect

The main entrance is at Rotenhäuser Straße 104A. It is easy to spot thanks to the “Ayasofya Moschee” sign. Women have their own entrance and their own prayer room on the long side of the building. In front of the prayer hall there are hooks for coats. Shoes stay outside.

The mosque is open for all five daily prayers. Members of our board or one of our imams will welcome you. In our tea room there is time for questions over a glass of tea. There is a lift in the building.
