Your donation to the community
Your donation supports the work of our community. It helps pay for Islamic classes for children, young people and adults, for our youth work and for the upkeep of our building.
Please transfer your donation to the association’s account with the reference “Spende” (German for donation).
Islamische Gemeinde Wilhelmsburg e.V. is recognised as a charity in Germany. If you would like a donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung), please send your name and address to info@igw-ayasofya.de.

Zakat, zakat al-fitr and qurbani
You can pay the religious dues and the Eid al-Adha sacrifice through the aid organisation Hasene. Hasene is a separate association. Donations, zakat and qurbani paid through Hasene go to Hasene, not to our community. Hasene issues the donation receipts for these.
